At nine months, she shared the lead role in the role of Michelle Tanner with Mary-Kate Olsen in the tv show Full House. The twins appeared in numerous films during the 90s. Her roles on Guiding Light as Marina Cooper and Dawson's Creek as Marcy Bender are among her most well-known roles. Mary Louise Parker starred in two episodes. The roles she played included Judy Kramer as a Fox 2005 show Point Pleasant, and Marcy as a character in Dawson's Creek. She played Marina Cooper for three years in Guiding Light the role which earned her a 2003 Soap Opera Digest Award for the best newcomer. Dollar was Cindy Thomas in the ABC program Women's Murder Club from 2007-2008. Dollar starred in an episode of the NBC Happy Valley pilot which was not picked up.
