Gerina-Piller

She was born in Roswell on March 29, 1985. Gerina Michelle Mendoza has been her birth name. Gerina Stevenson, the child of Mexican grandparents Rita Stevenson and Alan Stevenson. The mother of two is Mexican American and is an American through citizenship. Since the age of a child, she's had a keen determination to be involved in activities. Gerina began to play golf when she was 15 years old. Gerina graduated from high school through Goddard High School. The school won her place in the New Mexico State Golf Tournament in her high school years. She was a volleyball player and was also a participant in state tournaments. At the age of 2003, she began her studies at the University of Texas. During her senior years she won every tournament she participated in. During her college career she was awarded an award called the Conference USA Player of The Year Award as well as the Female UTEP Sports Athletics Award.
