Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. People know me best through my Instagram account @annephung. Here I tell my story-the highs, the lows, and everything in between. I moved to America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was 1 1/2 years old. young. I'm not living my life and sharing it for you were it not since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. To give them the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard to achieve it. I had a plan in life: go to university and get a corporate job, get married, buy the house, and then have kids. This was my vision of what success looked like. But the reality of life changed my ideas. 2013 was the year I realized I disliked my corporate position. Although the salary and status were good however, I wasn't sure if the work was satisfying. It was more like I was simply spending my time. When I began to navigate my way towards a new direction in my career, I found that I was meant to become personal trainer. I enjoyed working out, I liked being around people and I loved helping others. I began my business in 2014. It is my 7th anniversary in this calendar year. It's not common to see an Asian female in the business. As a coach, my goal is to inspire people to lead a healthy and happy life by creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to each individual's needs and goals. Additionally, I'm committed to supporting others so that they can achieve their goals, follow their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. While my professional life was taking off, I experienced the greatest loss of my lifethat of losing my mother. She fought a long and arduous struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven and is with me in my mind and heart at all times. Even if you can't see it initially, the universe is a way of giving us what we really require. In so many ways, the loss of my mother has changed my life. It is my belief that she gave me another opportunity to live through her demise. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also for me to have my second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. When I reach my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. I am able to say that I am living my life now, rather than just existing as I did before. I share my life and experiences with you, hoping that you will resonate by my experiences and words for you to feel secure knowing that you're not alone, for you to know that you are more than capable of whatever you set your mind to that true love exists that therapy is normal and needed as health is the most valuable asset. My prayer is that you live your life fully and that your end is without regrets because that's all that we have to be confident about during this lifetime.
